Reserved a one-bedroom apartment and got a two bedroom with 26 story view out toward english bay and Stanley park. Close to shopping on Robson St and easy walk access to the central city or down to the waterfront. The apartment was well equipped. Excellent value for money especially when compared to hotel rates for similar. Communication/billing from the office prior to arrival provided seamless key-pickup as these are managed apartments rather than a hotel.

Location, location, location. We walked downtown Vancouver, rode bikes on the sea wall and Stanley Park. Drove to the North Shore for Zip-lines and hiking. The 2 bed, 2 bath apartment was great for our family of 5. The kitchen had all we needed for quick meals. The beds were comfortable, the view was great. The staff was helpful and easy to access. We had a great vacation!

We have stayed at several other hotels over the years and we can honestly say staying at the Residences has been the best. It was wonderful to have everything so you felt like you were at home. Especially with a small child & a small dog it was extremely convenient for us. We had everything we needed plus the location is perfect!! Thank you!

Excellent location, spacious lounge area, modern decor. Washing machine and dryer in unit. Staff were helpful.

As we were two couples travelling together we booked a two bedroom unit. The second bedroom was really small - no room for cases and the bed was small, double bed not queen. After the first night of very little sleep in the second bedroom we spoke to staff. We were offered a second unit for the remaining two nights for the cleaning fee. This solved the problem. The unit we had booked was really only suitable for one couple with one other person because of bed size.

The apartment is very clean & organized. The service & facilities is excellent. The management is very helpful and friendly.

The residence is very central, in few minutes you can walk to Robson street or to the harbour. The apartments are in two buildings linked by a passage with a nice small garden. Common areas are nice and comfortable. Our apartment was large and fully furnished for all our needs. No walls but very large windows let you look around to the close other buildings or to the street. The kitchen was large with a separate small dining area overlooking the garden and the street. Some minor faults were promptly solved by the kind lady at the reception. Definitely the place to go both if you are with family or you want more space than the hotel room can offer.

Just one fault: one of the beds (a sofa bed) was too low and really uncomfortable for two people.
